Are you insured to work on commercial premises?
Yes. We hold public liability insurance on every job, and we're happy to share details with your facilities manager or head office before work starts.
Can you clean outside our opening hours?
Absolutely. Early mornings, evenings and weekends can all be arranged so cleaning never gets in the way of your customers, residents or staff.
Do you use ladders?
Wherever possible we clean from the ground using purified-water reach-and-wash poles, which is safer, quieter and avoids ladders resting against your building. It also means no disturbance at upper-floor windows — ideal for care homes and offices.
How does invoicing work?
We invoice after each clean is completed, never in advance. Regular contract customers can pay by bank transfer or Direct Debit, and we can itemise invoices per site if you manage multiple properties.
