Our legal bases are performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running the business properly, and our legal obligations such as tax record-keeping.

We do not collect, see or store your bank details on this website. Direct Debit mandates are set up and processed by GoCardless, who handle your bank details as their own data controller under their privacy policy. We receive only the information we need to know that your mandate is active and that a payment has succeeded or failed.

We use trusted service providers to run the website and the service, including our website and database hosting, our email delivery provider, and GoCardless for Direct Debit payments. Where we use WhatsApp or SMS notifications, the message is delivered through a messaging provider. These providers only process information on our instructions, except where they act as controllers in their own right, such as GoCardless. We never sell your information or share it for third-party marketing.

We keep customer and booking records for as long as you're a customer and afterwards only as long as needed for legitimate business, accounting and legal purposes — financial records are generally kept for six years. Quote enquiries that don't become bookings are kept for a reasonable period and then deleted.

You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we don't need to keep it, object to certain uses, or ask us to restrict processing. Just contact us and we'll deal with it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
